Design and Engineering
Acewits understands the importance of cost and manufacturability when providing engineering design support. We feature quick design services and prototyping. We can assist our customers when they are planning new designs or improving existing designs.
Plastic Molding
Molding are designed using CAD-CAM systems and fabricated by CNC Machines.
Acewits utilize state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software and Solidworks for mold fabrication and mold commissioning.
Acewits own in-house machining workshop capable of CNC Machining, EDM Machining, grinding, mold Assembly.
IMD/IML for iPhone cases
IMD ( In Mold Decoration ) is a plastic injection process which counts with printed and inserted screen on injection mold and then when the plastic resin flows on mold inside, it adheres on printed screen which covers the product giving beauty on product final finishing.
Acewits can detach many IMD advantages: Cost reduction in high production; Solve technicals problems; 3D Design , non-available on traditional collage process.
